"Polates" Pole Dance Fitness is the new innovative way to gain strength, endurance, flexibility, better posture and have a blast all in one package!

All levels are encouraged to participate as all moves can be modified to meet the need of each participant and their current fitness level. You don't have to be a member of either studio to participate. Sign up for a group class punch card today!

Cost is $25 per guest with a min of 5.
