Reflexology

• What to Expect:
  A session typically lasts 50 minutes. At your initial appointment, your reflexologist will take a brief inventory of your health and visit with you about any particular concerns you may have (e.g. migraines, hormone imbalances). You can then sit back and enjoy an amazingly relaxing and therapeutic reflexology session. The affects of reflexology are unique within each individual. Treatments given by the therapist are performed with an understanding that the body has the ability to heal itself, not the therapist. There is no claim to cure. Ultimately, the client has the ability to heal him/herself. Given that, reflexology has a history of great results in treating conditions. The philosophy behind reflexology, is in any complimentary therapy, is that the illness is a result of blockages within the energy pathways that lie throughout the body. As the therapist stimulates the reflexes of the feet, these blockages are removed and the body is able to heal itself to achieve homeostasis. In order to maintain this balance, it is recommended that the client receive two sessions per week for five weeks. The sessions are then reduced to one time a week for four weeks. After this series of treatments, the sessions are reduced to once every three weeks to maintain a balance within the body systems. Far Infrared Sauna

The Far Infrared Sauna is completely safe and produces the same far infrared heat produced by the sun. The Far-infrared heat is required for all living things for optimum health. Using the Sauna helps to remove impurities from your cells, specifically the cells inside our fat where our body stores waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals.
